“Inseminated Persons?” Riley Gaines Torches Governor’s ‘Woke War on Women’ in Fiery Speech

Riley Gaines Rips Wisconsin Governor for Attempting to Replace ‘Mother’ With ‘Inseminated Person’

OutKick host and former NCAA swimming standout Riley Gaines didn’t hold back during her speech at the Turning Point USA Student Action Summit on Saturday, where she blasted what she calls the left’s ongoing “dehumanization of women.”

Citing a proposed 1,000-page Wisconsin budget bill, Gaines drew gasps and applause when she revealed that the state’s Democrat governor had attempted to scrub the word “mother” from legal language—replacing it with the term “inseminated person.”

“We’ve been called it all—chest feeders, bleeders, birthing people—but ‘inseminated persons’? That takes the cake,” Gaines declared to a charged crowd. “That’s like what you refer to cattle as.”

She added that the bill didn’t stop there. The word “father,” according to Gaines, was also quietly redefined as “natural parent.”

“Tell me that’s not a war on women,” she said. “This isn’t just semantics. It’s erasure.”

Gaines, who is 30 weeks pregnant with her first child, said the issue hits especially close to home. She described the deeply emotional connection she already shares with her unborn daughter and why that connection fuels her strong pro-life stance.

“I’ve heard her heartbeat. I’ve felt her kicks. I’ve seen her little fingers and toes,” she said. “Abortion isn’t just a political issue—it’s moral. It’s deeply human.”

Gaines closed with a direct call to Gen Z:

“You’re not crazy for thinking the world has temporarily lost its mind. This moment is bigger than politics—it’s about truth, biology, and standing up for women.”

📣 Editor's Take:

In an era where language is being weaponized and biology is under siege, former NCAA swimmer and current conservative firebrand Riley Gaines is stepping up as a leading voice for women nationwide. Her impassioned takedown of a Wisconsin governor's attempt to erase the word "mother" from legal texts strikes a deeper chord than politics—it's a cultural flashpoint. Gaines’ defense of motherhood isn’t just rhetoric—it’s personal, raw, and unapologetically bold. As society grapples with identity, rights, and reality, MainEvent.News sees Gaines’ message as part of a growing movement resisting the progressive redefinition of womanhood.
